Swiss screw machine is ideal and cost practical for large production runs of precision components such as washers, mounting studs, bushings, pins, screws, nuts, or other precision turned components. Our swiss screw machine can handle parts up to 25mm (.984") through spindle with a 12' bar loader for lights out manufacturing and maximum efficiency.

We began providing Swiss Screw machine services in early 2020 to eliminate sequential operations. We can now quickly provide high volumes (1000 pieces +) of many precision, turned components complete in 1 operations at a cost effective rate for our customers.
