Our customers can rest assured that we have implemented the highest standards for quality control. Flathers Precision Phoenix offers a full quality control department. Here are a few standard practices in place to ensure quality product is being produced:

 

1. All raw materials are purchaserd through certified suppliers who's performance is continually monitored for satisfaction.

2. All measuring instruments are regularly calibrated by a third party or in-house traceable to a 3rd party lab standard.

3. First article inspections are performed prior to production to ensure set-up and tooling is performing as required.

4. Statistical process control of key dimensions for in-process jobs ensures conforming product is being produced

5. First article per AS9102 standards is available upon request.

 

The Quality Department supports the manufacturing process at every stage to ensure all requirements are being met.
