Flathers Precision Phoenix offers the highest quality, microscopic deburring services to compliment our precision machining services. Our team is accustomed to the exacting standards required by the glass-to-metal seal and microelectronic industry with maximum edge breaks up to .002, sharp edges left as indicated, and no visible burrs/surface finish issues under 10X magnification.

We also offer abrasive blasting services including sand blasting and slurry blasting, as well as tumbling. This is usually the final stage of the "in-house" manufacturing process and we take great pride in presenting our customer with a component that is properly cleaned and free of burrs. 

We are accustomed to RoHS requirements and have a FOD program in place to elimnate contaminants / debris from in-process and finished products.
