Jerry Flathers founded Flathers Precision, Inc. over 30 years ago in a small room with a single Bridgeport mill. Driven by Jerry's passion for quality, this operation eventually grew into a 6,000  square foot building and nearly 25 CNC machines. Flathers Precision Phoenix is now the secondary location to Flathers Precision, Inc.

 

Now a second generation family business, Flathers Precision Phoenix is still guided by Jerry's original passion for producing quality, precision parts and  taking great pride in a commitment to 100% American manufacturing. Our investments in the business strengthen our small business family and help make the country a stronger and safer place through strength and pride in American manufacturing and innovation.
